Swati Verma

Swati is an environmentalist and a certified Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) professional with a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Banasthali Vidyapith, where she was a University Gold Medalist. During her years as a UPSC aspirant, she developed a strong inclination toward climate science and ecology, shaping a systems-level understanding of environmental challenges. This journey led her to choose the ESG and climate domain as a pathway to translate policy intent into measurable, real-world impact. At Envint, Swati works across the carbon and climate domain, contributing to projects related to CBAM, CCTS, LCA and EPD development, embodied carbon assessments, and SBTi target setting. Her work also supports the alignment of climate targets and carbon data with global disclosure frameworks such as CDP and GRESB. Outside of work, Swati enjoys traveling and exploring offbeat destinations, often capturing landscapes through her lens. In her free time, she practices crochet and actively follows current affairs, reflecting her love for continuous learning. She is also an avid cricket fanatic.
